Just wanted to say thanks to Steve Gilmore as he did his annual "The Stevie's" on SoundClick and gave Mixposure and Mike Kohlgraph some nice feedback!

I truly believe that Mixposure is on it's way to becoming a dominant player with some of the elite OMD's. I hope 2009 proves to be our best year yet!

"....However, this year I would like to highlight a new site that is....mmmm how can I put this?......actually an old site. A while ago a musician called Dazed (hey big guy!) put his money where his mouth is and bought the old Mixposure name and is now hosting a vibrant and exciting new site. Although at this moment it is awash with guitarists and their mates, the roster is slowly expanding to include some of the more original artists around. It's also the new location for the ever popular Mike-K's Saturday Night Rocks, whose shows have sustained this reviewer for years and is unquestionably my favourite internet radio show."

"A Sunday Vibe with Wim" is hosted live from Holland in Europe every sunday from 20.00/22.00 Europe / USA EST 2/4PM ! The show that is scheduled for European listeners ! I have had this come up in the past so I thought I would make mention of it. Have you ever clicked on your name and instead of going to YOUR page you go to the search artist page instead? Kind of like your page had been deleted. Fear not my fellow Mixposure Musician, the fix is easy.

All you need to do is go into your control panel, click on "Your Profile" on the top menu and then click "Rebuild Your Profile". This rebuilds your page and clears the cache on it.

You should now be able to click on your username link and go directly to your page.

Hi Everyone ! Spent a litttle time thinking of how we come up with our songs and how it is done the same for many of us and then maybe many of us come to our songs in a very different manner.

Thought I would put in what works for me and that is real life experiences.  For example: I have been burning it at both ends now with home, work and music and studying with computers and downloading and then there is Pro Tools and because of the fatigue and the overload you can really feel "wasted" , but then there also can "creep in" the Creativity of a 4 am song "..  One of mine like that was that recent little "short diddy" Dreams.  i happen to be thinking of my brother Brian who we lost in 2003 and my life and how great it is, but yet could have been a real Dream had Brian still been here for me to see and kid with.  As many of us know and feel, Love is a Great Motivator as well as the other moods we all go through.  So what am I saying here, find what

Hey, to all my friends here at Mixposure.  I am frustrated that the time of each day just runs out so fast, i can't seem to make it around to all of your music pages and listen , and enjoy your creations.  BUT,, i'll keep trying.

I hope to catch the Center Stage Presentation tonight. Larry T. is one who i regard as a friend.

Many of you have so generously made time to come and listen to my songs. I owe alot of reviews to you guys and gals.

Now , a special note to DAZED. Man , i love ya !!   or, what i mean to say is, I really appreciate mixposure, and the direction that it comes from.      I have recieved invites lately to other OMD's, that more and more, i take one look at their front page and instantly i feel like,, oh wo,, i don't feel like being associated at all with what's represented there.

Oh **** I've got sore fingers!  How in hell am I going to make a roll-up with these?  It's alright for you real guitarists but my fingers prefer the touch of ivory.  Anyway suffice it to say that my old Mr Jackson was sitting there looking all blue and not too metallic under the coat of dust that had settled on him and making me feel guilty and how long is it since I did a real guitar song...?   so I blew off the dust and polished him up a bit, and then he made me play this song Walk away   I'm not used to mixing guitar tunes.  All the controls WAY up high on the multiband to let it all come through, so I ended up with a lot of lower reverb... ah who cares anyway...
